Refunds & Cancellations

Workshops & Classes

Because workshops involve limited places and advance preparation, the following cancellation policy applies:

– Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop date.
– Within 7 days of the workshop: you may choose either a 50% refund, or a transfer to another session (subject to availability).
– No refund for non-attendance or same-day cancellations.

If you are unwell or experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible — I aim to be fair and compassionate where circumstances allow, but I also need to cover costs and preparation time.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another session.

Missed Sessions (Multi-Week Courses)
For multi-week courses, missed sessions cannot usually be made up with an additional class. The group progresses together, and it isn’t possible to repeat full demonstrations for individual participants.

If you miss a session, I will do my best to help you re-enter the process at the next class, and written instructions or diagrams may be provided where possible. If you have concerns about keeping up, please speak with me and we can discuss what support is feasible.
