Shipping & Delivery

I take great care in packing and sending each order, and every parcel is prepared by hand in my studio.

All orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

Australian Shipping

Within Australia, I send parcels using express services with tracking.
Signature on delivery may be used for higher-value or fragile items.

Shipping rates are based on box size, to suit the kinds of objects I make:

  • Small box — jewellery and small objects

  • Medium box — soft objects, small sculptural works, workshop kits

  • Large box — larger or more delicate works

You’ll see the shipping cost clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

International Shipping

International orders are sent with tracking using Australia Post International services.

Shipping rates are also based on box size:

  • Small box — jewellery and compact items

  • Medium box — soft objects, boxed works, workshop kits

  • Large box — larger or delicate sculptural pieces

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Insurance & High-Value Works

Optional insurance is available for high-value or one-of-a-kind works at an additional cost.

If you would like your order insured, please contact me after placing your order and before dispatch, and I’ll let you know the insurance cost and arrange this with you.

If you’re unsure whether insurance is appropriate for your item, feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help you decide.

Careful Packing

I pack all orders carefully using protective materials appropriate to the object — whether that’s jewellery, textiles, or sculptural work — to make sure your piece arrives safely.
